Show how far away a friend is on their compass marker
Partly done: F10 shows each friend's distance and direction, but not on the marker itself.

Players asked for a friend's distance on their compass marker. Text drawn by the mod does not show up on the compass, which is why markers are plain shapes. Since 0.9.0, pressing F10 (iKeyWhere) prints each friend's distance and direction on screen, and pings name what they point at with its distance. We are still looking for a way to put the number on the marker.
