Shared storage: one true copy of each home and settlement container

Built and tested on two real games, off by default behind bSharedStorage; a few stress cases wait for the long test.

Players asked for items in shared storage to stay in step across games. Until now each game held its own copy of a container, so copies could drift: a friend's take removed that item type from your stash, or a load quietly rolled one copy back. With the host setting bSharedStorage on, the host's game keeps the one true copy of each home and settlement container, and everyone's takes and puts go through it. Only ammo, aid and junk are shared this way; weapons, armor, keys and notes stay per player.

The steps

  1. Queued · On the list, not started.
  2. Looked into · Investigated or designed: the cause or the plan is written down.
  3. Built · Written, with tests, waiting for review.
  4. Reviewed · Passed code review.
  5. Rig-tested · Checked on two real games playing together.
  6. Merged · In the next release's code. Before the release goes out, the whole of it is played for several hours straight on two games, to catch rare crashes and problems that only show up over a long session.
  7. Long playtest · In a test build of the release, being played for several hours straight on two games.
  8. Shipped · Out on GitHub and Nexus.
