An enemy is hostile in one game, friendly in another, heals when shot
Merged for the next release; tested in two games.
Shippedstep 8 of 8
One player's game showed an enemy as a hostile scavenger while the host's showed a friendly settler, and the host's shots healed it. 0.9.2 makes such an enemy the same in every game, and 0.9.1 fixed a heal-back after a takeover. The fixes have not been tried in a real game, and an enemy already in the world whose side differs between games is not covered.
