A friend's Raider chest piece shows with the wrong mods
Fixed for the next release; a plain piece and power armor pieces weren't tested.

Armor on friends looked right except the Raider chest piece, which was armored in one game and plain in another because a friend's game rolled its own mods onto it. The next release sends a plain piece as plain. A modded chest piece and a leather swap matched in testing on two real games.
